Meet our team
Craig Swift – Director: Craig has been drain-laying since his mid-20’s. He is on-site every day, working with homeowners and builders to plan the best wastewater system design for each home. Craig is your first point of call when requiring a quote for a job. He is also a great problem solver when it comes to planning wastewater system solutions. Craig is there every step of the way – from the initial site visit right through to operating the machinery needed for tank installations. Craig is authorised by Auckland Council to design systems for building consent and to issue producer statements after installation
Grant Cowper – Service Technician: Grant has been with Approved Wastewater for many years servicing wastewater systems and carrying out repair work. Grant has a vast knowledge of wastewater systems and if something goes wrong, he has the skills and know-how to get a system up and running in no time. Grant has a knack for knowing each property just from the street number and name and this is very handy when you need an information on your system quickly! Grant can be seen out on the road in our service van every day, so give him a wave!
Dale Hassett – Architectural Designer: Dale has joined Approved Wastewater with a comprehensive history as an active participant in the Construction industry, offering differing experiences from top-end Architecture, to Supervisory Civil Construction and QA. Dale holds a National Diploma in Building Surveying and Architectural Technology and has completed the latest On-Site Wastewater Course in association with WSP and OPUS. Throughout her career, Dale has had close association with Engineers and Project staff from all disciplines within the industry. Now, as a designer for Approved Wastewater, Dale leads the design of your system and site assessment, liaising with the local territory to ensure compliance, and ensuring a successful and well-functioning installation.
Kelly Guise – Office Manager: Kelly joined Approved Wastewater in March 2020 and is here to answer your calls and action any requirements you may have, including booking services, organising urgent call outs, and generating all of the documentation required for Council Consent once your Wastewater System has been installed. With a background in system optimisation, Kelly has been busy automating our client database to provide each client with with a faster and better customer experience.
